6/13     Location:  14928 W. 159th     Ketelaar Bros. Concrete

            Summary:  Person/s unknown stole 2,400 gallons of diesel and gasoline fuel from the business.  Loss Value:  $12,500.


            Location:  13000 block of W. Farm View

            Summary:  Person/s unknown used blue spray paint and painted a stripe from the front bumper to the rear bumper of a vehicle.


6/14     Location:  15744 W. 151st St.             Trantina Farms

            Summary:  An employee of Homer Township Park District stated that upon arrival to do maintenance he discovered a 15x15 screen porch damaged along with all the screens cut.  A 20x12 chicken coop was also moved about one foot off its foundation.  A well door and lock were broken and feces were spread throughout the inside of the bathroom. 


            Location:  W. 151st and S. Bell Rd.

            Summary:  Nelson Valencia, age 35, of 186 Nanti in Park Forest was cited for driving while license suspended.


            Location:  15300 W. 163rd                  Morris Park

            Summary:  Person/s unknown broke five halogen lights located behind the concession stand.


            Location:  W. Bruce Rd. and S. McCarron Rd.

            Summary:  Patrick C. Clancy, age 28, of 9700 S. Hamlin in Evergreen Park was cited for operating a vehicle with no registration and driving while license suspended.


6/15     Location:  13000 block of W. Chicago Bloomington Trail

            Summary:  Person/s unknown damaged a residential water well by breaking the valve pipe away from the main water pipe.


6/16     Location:  14201 S. Bell Rd.              Tobacco City Plus

            Summary:  Deputies were called to a burglar alarm being activated.  The front glass door had been shattered.  Upon arrival of the store owner it was discovered that person/s unknown stole 40 cartons of Kool cigarettes ($1960), 40 cartons of Newport cigarettes ($2120), and 20 packs of Newportís ($98).  Store security was being reviewed.


6/17     Location:  15000 block of S. Bell Rd.

            Summary:  Emanuel Guerra, age 27, of 8630 Sayre in Burbank, IL was cited for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.


            Location:  13000 block of S. Kickapoo Trail

            Summary:  Person/s unknown broke into a residence and stole about $350 in miscellaneous money and jewelry.






6/11     Location:  W. Jefferson and McDonald Avenue

            Summary:  David A. Surufka, age 62, of 1710 Corregidor in Joliet was cited for improper use of registration, no valid registration, and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.


6/12     Location:  500 block of Conant Avenue

            Summary:  Person/s unknown stole a tan 1996 GMC Safari van from the driveway of a residence.  Two hours later it was located by Crest Hill Police undamaged and without the keys.


6/13     Location:  Garden and Gaylord

            Summary:  Lori Jean Johnson, age 33, of 404 Julia Drive in Romeoville was cited for driving while license revoked and speeding.


            Location:  N Briggs and Maple

            Summary:  Salvador Garcia, age 23, of 606 Preston Drive in Bolingbrook was cited for improper lane usage, speeding, driving while license revoked, and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.


            Location:  14 W. Jefferson                 Will County Courthouse

            Summary:  Myjken Maddison Moore, age 24, of 6418 Honey Lane in Tinley Park was arrested for attempting to defraud a drug test.


6/14     Location:  2500 block of Caton Farm Rd.                 

            Summary:  Person/s unknown entered a vehicle and stole two IPods, an IPod shuffle, and a digital camera.


            Location:  Cherry Hill and New Lenox

            Summary:  Ruben Stokes, age 37, of 611 Blackhawk in Joliet was cited for driving while license suspended and speeding.



            Location:  1400 block of Sehring

            Summary:  Persons/ unknown broke into a residence and stole video games, DVDís, a Wii gaming system, an Xbox 360 and a 42Ē TV.


6/15     Location:  N. Briggs and E. Cass

            Summary:  Nicholas Demarco, age 21, of 405 E. 3rd St. in Lockport was arrested for DUI, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and speeding.


            Location:  1600 block of E. Cass

            Summary:  Ubaldo Pintor, age 55, of 652 Garnsey Avenue in Joliet was cited for failure to report an accident.


            Location:  S. Briggs and I80

            Summary:  Kevin G. Strong, age 49, of 120N 2nd Avenue in Genoa, IL was arrested for possession of a controlled substance.


6/16     Location:  100 block of Jessie

            Summary:  Dennis R. Doll, age 40 of 207 Davison in Joliet was arrested for aggravated battery.






6/14     Location:  18600 S. Parker Rd.                      Verizon                       Frankfort

            Summary:  Person/s unknown removed the copper bus bar that was attached to a building.


            Location:  S. Poplar and W. Willow Lane                  Frankfort

            Summary:  Raymond Gonzalez, age 25, of 9524 Willow Lane in Mokena was arrested for possession of drug equipment and resisting a peace officer.


6/17     Location:  200 block of E. Otto Drive                        New Lenox

            Summary:  Person/s unknown broke into a semi trailer and stole an unknown amount of storage system parts.




6/12     Location:  25000 block of S. Cottage Grove Avenue                        Crete

            Summary:  Person/s unknown pried open the storage doors on five Asphundi Tree Service vehicles and stole 30 chain saws.


            Location:  23625 S. Central                Monee                         AT & T Cell Tower

            Summary:  Person/s unknown stole two copper bus bars from the cell tower.


            Location:  23605 S. Central                Monee             Verizon

            Summary:  Persons/ unknown stole one copper bus bar from the cell tower.


6/15     Location:  W. 35th and Sally Drive                 Steger

            Summary:  Kevin E. Bates, age 36, of 3544 Union Avenue in Steger was cited for driving while license revoked and failure to signal.


6/16     Location:  S. Western Avenue and W. Wolpers Rd.              University Park

            Summary:  Serita R. Reed, age 30, of 532 Circle Drive in University Park was cited for operating an uninsured motor vehicle and improper use of registration.


6/18     Location:  1800 block of W. Norfolk             Crete

            Summary:  Person/s unknown entered an unlocked vehicle and stole an IPod Touch and a bag containing tattooing equipment and a bag of art supplies.




6/12     Location:  2100 block of Lakewood Drive                Wilmington

            Summary:  Person/s unknown sliced a vehicle tire and sliced the two front seats on the same vehicle.  The doors were left unlocked.


            Location:  14040 W. Pauling Rd.                   Manhattan                   Commonwealth Edison

            Summary:  Person/s unknown entered a Com Ed property and stole 1500 ft. of copper wire from a trough area.  A Com Ed employee stated that offender/s would have had to use a sophisticated battery powered hydraulic cutting tool to cut and steal the copper.  The work would have taken a couple of hours to complete.


6/13     Location:  27950 Kelly Road             Wilmington                 Joliet Motorsports

            Summary:  person/s unknown damaged the windshield of a vehicle while it was in the parking lot.



6/16     Location:  34000 block of S. Lakeside Terrace          Wilmington

            Summary:  Person/s unknown stole a Mikota 27 lb. trolling motor and a deep cycle battery from a boat.


            Location:  E. Mary and N. Vernon                 Godley

            Summary:  Leonard Love, age 49, of 293 N. Center in Braidwood was arrested for unlawful possession of registration sticker, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and expired registration.




6/12     Location:  200 Caton Farm Road                   D&D Auto Sales

            Summary:  Person/s unknown stole a black 2004 Harley Davidson Heritage Soft Tail FXSTS from the rear parking lot of the business between 4/1/12 and 6/12/12.


            Location:  1600 block of S. State      

            Summary:  Alejandro Banda, age 41, of 425 N. Hickory in Joliet was arrested for DUI, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, improper lane usage, failure to signal, and no driverís license on person.


            Location:  Englewood and Princeton

            Summary:  Derrick O. Chapman, age 20, of 1322 Englewood Avenue in Joliet was cited for driving while license suspended.


6/14     Location:  Green Garden and Princeton

            Summary:  Victim stated while sitting in her vehicle watching a friend play basketball at AF Hill Park, an unknown male black with a ski-mask approached the vehicle and began shooting a handgun.  The victim and friend fled the park in the vehicle.  A witness stated that the pastorís vehicle was struck while parked at Bethlehem Apostolic Church on Princeton.  The victimís vehicle had damage to the driverís door and the driverís side back window.  No one was injured.




6/15     Location:  S. Carillon and S. Weber Rd.                    DuPage

            Summary:  Sereatha Jones-Danner, age 36, of 6338 S. Bishop in Chicago was cited for driving while license suspended, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and no rear plate light.


6/16     Location:  111th and Weber                DuPage

            Summary:  Rafael Cordova, age 28, of 314 Woodcreek in Bolingbrook was cited for no valid driverís license and disobeying a traffic control device.


6/18     Location:  16149 S. Lincoln Highway                        Eagle Air                     Plainfield

            Summary:  Person/s unknown slashed three tires on a vehicle.
