3/26 Location: W. Arsenal Rd. and S. Frontage Rd. Channahon
Summary: Bruce Handorf, age 56, of 860 N. School in Braidwood was cited for revoked registration and oversize weight load.
Location: 2nd Avenue and S. Briggs
Summary: Maria Gutierrez, age 28, of 516 Harwood in Joliet was cited for no valid driver’s license and speeding.
3/28 Location: N. Briggs and E. Cass
Summary: Lauren Hornung, age 19, of 17220 S. Mohave Court in Lockport was arrested for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor, DUI, and speeding.
Location: 200 block of Colburn Avenue
Summary: Owner of SOGA Trucking, Zion, IL stated that his company parks a semi tractor in a parking lot on Colburn Avenue. On 3/27 the 2002 Freightliner had two new alloy wheels and four new re-capped drive tires on it. On this date however, the truck was returned to the lot after dropping off a load in Indiana, with rusted metal wheels and old tires.
3/29 Location: Plainfield Rd. and Taylor
Summary: Jakira R. Rogers, age 22, of 9 W Crowley Avenue in Joliet was arrested for DUI, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, no valid driver’s license, and speeding. Alana Jones, age 29, of 405 Dellwood Avenue in Lockport was taken into custody with a valid DuPage County FTA warrant.

Summary: Antonio Perez, Jr., age 31, of 1009 N. Broadway in Joliet was arrested for failure to signal, illegal transportation of alcohol, and DUI.

Summary: Owner of Acme Trucking in Bedford Park, IL stated that he leases a portion of Ceco’s parking lot for his trucks. On 3/28/12 a 20 ft. cargo container was dropped off. On this date when a driver went to pick up the unit it had been stolen. It contained approximately 598 cartons of brass coupling fixtures with a total weight of almost 21,000lbs.

Summary: Person/s unknown forced entry into a residence and stole a 48” TV and a Playstation III gaming system.

Summary: Michael L. Sanders, age 35, of 522 S. Desplaines in Joliet was cited for operating an uninsured motor vehicle, driving on a revoked license, and speeding.
3/30 Location: Garden and Plainfield Roads
Summary: Dustin J. Hlavac, age 31, of 615 Gundersen Drive in Carol Stream was arrested for DUI, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, speeding, and failure to dim headlights.

Summary: Eshun D. Norris, age 30, of 410 Strong Avenue in Joliet was arrested for possession of a controlled substance after the Will County Gang Suppression Unit executed a search warrant at the motel.

Summary: Jose Morales-Barragan, age 30, of 129 Davison in Joliet was cited for no valid driver’s license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and improper turn at intersection.
3/31 Location: N. Briggs and E. Cass
Summary: Chantell Torres, age 21, of 562 Elwood Avenue in Joliet was cited for driving on a suspended license and improper lighting/headlight.

Summary: Person/s unknown broke out the back window of a vehicle and cracked the windshield.
4/1 Location: S. Chicago and E. Zarley Blvd.
Summary: Moises Fonseca, age 46, of 1002 N. Wabash in Joliet was arrested for DUI, reckless driving, and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
4/2 Location: 1922 E. Washington Sunshine Food Mart
Summary: Deputies were dispatched at 3am. Upon arrival they spoke with an employee who stated that while sleeping upstairs of the building, he was awaken by banging sounds and went outside to investigate. He observed a male white subject run across the street and then heard a second subject inside the store. The employee then saw a hammer lying on the ground outside the front door, picked it up, and yelled into the store. A second male then ran out of the door, pushing the employee in the chest to get away. The front glass door had been broken by the subjects. Video surveillance was reviewed and a 16 year old male and a 15 year old male were later arrested and charged with burglary and criminal damage to property.

3/27 Location: 7300 block of W. Woodlawn Drive Frankfort
Summary: Person/s unknown broke into a van and stole a camcorder, camera cables, two digital cameras, and a ring.
3/31 Location: W. Cleveland and S. Wolf Rd. Frankfort
Summary: Eddie Orellana, Jr., age 30, of 10741 Mary Lane in Mokena was cited for driving on a suspended license and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
HOMER GLEN
3/29 Location: 14200 S. Bell Rd. Dominicks
Summary: Store Manager stated at about 6pm he observed a male white individual in his early 20’s filling a shopping cart with numerous rib-eye steaks. A short time later the subject walked out the door toward a vehicle. The manager approached the subject and he began to run away. The manager yelled for the subject to return and as the subject began to comply he entered a white Nissan and drove away. The subject stole eight steaks and a twelve pack of Budweiser.

3/26 Location: 14844 S. Wood Farm Rd. Plainfield
Summary: Between 2/27/12 and this date, person/s unknown entered a fenced area and cut copper grounding wires and removed two copper buss bars.
3/27 Location: 23855 W. Aero Court Plainfield Transportation Solution
Summary: Person/s unknown stole a white truck grill from a semi truck.
Location: W. Airport Rd. and S. Weber Rd. DuPage
Summary: Jose L. Patron, age 19, of 313 Youngs Avenue in Joliet was cited for driving while license suspended and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

Summary: Person/s unknown stole a Hoover dryer from the yard of a residence.

Summary: Matthew Pacheco, age 22, of 3121 Heritage Drive in Joliet was cited for driving on a suspended license and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

3/26 Location: W. Crete Monee Rd. and S. Western Monee
Summary: Lawrence J. Walsh, age 32, of 3033 Hopkins Avenue in Steger was arrested for DUI and disobeying a traffic control device.
3/28 Location: 25000 block of S. Sangamon Crete
Summary: Person/s unknown broke out two windows of a residence.
Location: S. Rt. 394 and E. Steger Road Crete
Summary: Brian L. Conry, age 28, of 5310 Hanley Lane in Crown Point, IN was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug equipment, failure to signal, and driving while license revoked.
3/29 Location: 5700 block of W. Pauling Road Monee
Summary: Daniel F. Fletcher, age 32, of 4236 W. Offner Road in Monee was arrested for unlawful use of a weapon after deputies were dispatched to a disturbance where they spoke to an employee from Airloom Photo who stated that he pulled into the driveway of the residence to try to sell an aerial photograph of the residence to the homeowner. The victim stated that when he exited his vehicle he was confronted by a male individual who accused him of flying a helicopter around his property causing his horses to be scared. Another male individual then exited the residence with a steel pipe. The victim then ran into his vehicle and dialed 911. While inside his vehicle Daniel F. Fletcher exited the residence with a handgun and fired one round into the ground. Fletcher was taken into custody and charged.
3/30 Location: 1700 block of W. Steger Road Steger
Summary: Person/s unknown stole a homemade trailer from a resident’s driveway.
3/31 Location: 27000 block of S. Center Road Monee
Summary: Aric T. Miller, age 21, of 11650 W. Pauling Road in Manhattan was charged with improper lane usage and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident after he lost control of his vehicle and flipped it onto its roof. He was transported to Riverside Hospital with minor injuries.

Summary: Person/s unknown entered a vehicle and stole a garage door opener, a folding knife, and a GPS unit.

3/26 Location: 34000 block of S. Hickory Avenue Wilmington
Summary: Person/s unknown broke into a vehicle. Nothing was missing.
3/28 Location: 3195 E. Division Diamond Shell Wilmington
Summary: Person/s unknown pumped $66 worth of gas into their vehicle and drove off without paying.
3/29 Location: 31000 block of S. Tulley Road Wilmington
Summary: Between 3/1/12 and this date person/s unknown stole a speed space mobile office from a property. On 3/27/12 the owner of the mobile office received a phone call from a friend who stated they were at the St. Anne Consignment Auction in St. Anne and purchased a speed space mobile office. The victim drove to his friend’s house and confirmed that the trailer was his, however the contents were missing.

Summary: Adam C. Harrison, age 21, of 135 S. Center in Godley was arrested for aggravated assault and assault after having an altercation with a neighbor.
3/31 Location: 23000 block of S. Vetter Road Jackson
Summary: Person/s unknown broke into a barn and stole a pick ax, box of wrenches, pair of pliers, and a flashlight. A window on a tractor had also been broken out by offender/s.
4/1 Location: 700 block of E. Rose Lane Godley
Summary: Person/s unknown entered an unoccupied house and broke out window, spilled paint on the basement floor and broke the light fixtures.

3/29 Location: 17211 W. 135th St. Verizon
Summary: Person/s unknown stole about 350’ of copper wire and bars from a cell phone tower site.
3/30 Location: 20648 Gaskin Drive Chemtech Services
Summary: Between 3/22/12 and this date person/s unknown stole six iron beams that were located outside a building.
3/31 Location: Harvard and S. State
Summary: Adrean L. Burts, age 37, of 224 Dellwood Avenue in Lockport was arrested for DUI, driving on a revoked license, failure to signal, and illegal use of sound amplification.
4/1 Location: 1000 block of Highland
Summary: Person/s unknown entered a vehicle and stole 24 CD’s and a Chicago White Sox jacket.
