Summary: Rafael Lopez Garcia, age 37, of 2620 E. Cass in Joliet was cited for no rear plate light and driving on a suspended license.
Location: NE Frontage and Theodore
Summary: Michael M. Giambrone, age 28, of 4713 Baccarrat Court in Joliet was cited for driving while license suspended, failure to reduce speed to avoid accident, disregarding a stop sign, and operating an uninsured motor vehicle after he struck a 35ft. high concrete sound barrier. Giambrone stated that he recently had work done on his vehicle and his brakes failed while traveling down Theodore. He was unconscious when Plainfield Fire arrived but regained consciousness while in the ambulance. He was transported to Provena Medical Center and was treated and released.

Summary: Rafael A. Pabon, Jr., age 26, of 200 Sherman in Joliet was charged with fraud after attempting to use a small plastic bottle of urine with a small heater element attached in order to defraud a court ordered drug test.

3/1 Location: Center and Bruns
Summary: Person/s driving a Ford F-250 pickup truck with a lift kit was observed driving around and damaging a hay field. Multiple tire marks and muddy ruts throughout the field were observed. Damage was estimated at about $500.

Summary: Person/s unknown broke into a residence and stole a 32” TV, two Nintendo DS game consoles, jewelry, a pellet gun, a BB gun, and an IPod touch.

Summary: Person/s unknown broke open a door to a residence. No entry was made.
Location: 200 block of E. Delite Inn Road Beecher
Summary: Deputies were called to a residential burglary in progress around 7pm. A man stated that while visiting a relative he observed a dark colored four door foreign car occupied by a male white subject parked in the driveway. He then observed two male white subjects walking out of the garage carrying a chainsaw. One was described as tall and thin and the other was average size. Both were wearing dark stocking caps. When the subjects saw the man arriving they quickly ran into the vehicle and left the area. A digital camera and $50 was stolen from inside the residence. Several items were found in the lawn and were left behind by the burglars. Under investigation.

Summary: Hilario Colunga Guillen, age 25, of 325 Marston Avenue in Glen Ellyn was cited for no valid driver’s license. Guillen was held on an FTA warrant out of Glen Ellyn.

Summary: Jeremy L. Burks, age 20, of 155 Thelma Lane in Chicago Heights was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and was held on an active FTA warrant. Brandon M. Haggerty, age 21, of 21425 Frost Court in Plainfield was cited for loud exhaust.

Summary: Between 2/29 and 3/5 person/s unknown forced entry into a locked business and removed a 15’ flat bed trailer. A cake mixer, air conditioning unit, and a band saw were on the trailer when it was stolen.

Summary: Person/s unknown entered an unlocked vehicle and stole a portable DVD player, 30 CD’s, a GPS unit, a cell phone, race helmet, sunglasses, and a micron 666.

Summary: Sean C. Williams, age 38, of 309 Dundee Drive in Lockport was arrested for battery and a 17 year old male Lockport resident was arrested for criminal damage to property after a physical altercation took place when a brick was thrown thru the back window of a vehicle.

Summary: Person/s unknown threw a stone thru the front window of a residence.
3/4 Location: 400 block of Dellwood
Summary: Person/s unknown forced entry into a residence and stole a 43” TV, Wii gaming system, a 19” TV, $800, and a Mobigo video gaming system.

2/27 Location: W. 143rd and S. Will Cook Road
Summary: Chester W. Musson, II, age 27, of 112 Fellows Court in Elmhurst was cited for driving while license suspended.
2/29 Location: 13000 block of W. 179th Street
Summary: An 82 year old victim stated that at about 1:10pm an unknown male Hispanic rang her doorbell and stated that he was doing work in the backyard. The victim invited the male inside and he kept the victim occupied for about 30 minutes at the back of the house. When the subject stated he needed to run to his vehicle to grab a business card he never came back. The victim later discovered that $1000 had been stolen from an upstairs room.

Summary: A 1998 Honda Accord was stolen from a residence on the evening of 2/27. Markham Police contacted deputies to inform them that the vehicle was found burned in Markham at about midnight.
