Summary: Clairebell Casas, age 19, of 247 E. Cass in Joliet was cited for no rear license plate and no valid driver’s license.
12/19 Location: W. 17th and S. State
Summary: Armando Gonzalez Guzman, age 19, of 7 Fernwood in Bolingbrook was cited for improper lighting, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and no valid driver’s license.

12/18 Location: N. Division and W. Stripmine Rd. Reed
Summary: Eric Berrong, age 32, of 2200 S. Berta Road in Braceville was arrested for DUI, improper lane usage and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident after he failed to negotiate a curve, lost control, and ended up in a ditch.

Summary: Person/s unknown pumped $35 worth of gasoline into their vehicle and left without paying.
12/24 Location: 23000 block of S. Bridle Path Drive Manhattan
Summary: Person/s unknown broke into a pole building and stole an air compressor, framing gun, staple gun, trim saw, chain saw, laser level, hand saw, drill bit sharpener, socket set, copper piping, and copper wire rolls.
EAST TOWNSHIPS
12/18 Location: 28000 block of S. Yates Avenue Washington
Summary: Victim stated that at about 6:00 am an unknown male subject knocked on her side door for approximately 15 minutes. The victim did not answer the door but watched the subject from inside. The subject then walked to another door of the residence and began to pry it open with an unknown object. The victim knocked on the window and startled the subject. The subject then entered a dark colored mid size car that was parked in the driveway and drove off.

Summary: Mardee C. Viggiani, age 48, of 2147 E. Steger Rd. in Crete was arrested for improper lane usage and DUI.
12/24 Location: 23000 block of S. Kings Rd. Crete
Summary: Cody C. Donlan, age 19, of 105 Nanti Street in Park Forest was arrested for defacing identification marks on a firearm, aggravated unlawful use of a weapon, unlawful possession of a weapon, and no FOID card.
HOMER GLEN
12/18 Location: 14000 block of S. Bell Rd.
Summary: Shirley M. Harty, age 76, of 12928 W. 159th in Homer Glen was cited for improper backing.
12/21 Location: 15731 S. Bell Road Hadley Middle School
Summary: Parent stated that while picking up her son from school the wind blew some artwork out of her hand. She then set her son’s trumpet case down to retrieve the artwork and forgot to pick it up before leaving the parking lot. Approximately 30 minutes later she returned to the parking lot and the trumpet was gone.
12/22 Location: 14320 W. 151st Homer Public Library
Summary: Robert C. Dickman, age 34, of 9210 Hunter Drive in Orland Hills was arrested for theft over $500 after he was observed by Sheriff’s deputies placing a duffel bag into his vehicle and leaving the scene at 3am. Deputies performed a traffic stop and found a computer projector inside the bag. Upon contacting the librarian it was discovered that Dickman had stolen it from inside the library. Dickman is employed by a janitorial service that is contracted to clean during evening hours.
12/23 Location: W. Hadley and W. Lauffer Road
Summary: Dominic Sierakowski, age 20, of 7804 Mulligan Avenue in Burbank was arrested for DUI, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, illegal transportation of alcohol, and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
Location: 12000 block of W. Beaver Lake Drive
Summary: Between 12/18/12 and 12/19/12, person/s unknown entered an unlocked vehicle and stole a key ring and two additional keys.
Location: 15744 W. 151st Trantina Historic Farm
Summary: Sheriff’s deputies were called regarding an activated alarm. Upon arrival they observed a red barn with the door window panel broken out. The interior of the barn had not been entered.
12/24 Location: W. Onondaga Trail
Summary: Christian Kuhny, age 22, of 14440 S. Pine Grove Drive in Homer Glen was arrested for four counts of burglary to motor vehicles, theft over $500, and possession of a controlled substance.

12/19 Location: 95th and S. Rt. 59 Wheatland
Summary: Mihajlo Danilovski, age 26, of 458 W. Touhy Avenue in Des Plaines was cited for improper lane usage and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Frankie E. Waibel, age 40, of 20 W. Irving Park Road in Chicago was cited for driving without proper CDL licensing.

Summary: Person/s unknown stole a house generator that was attached to a residence.

12/18 Location: W. 191st and S. 88th Avenue Frankfort
Summary: Eliazar Castillo Ballinas, age 32, of 7121 166th Street in Tinley Park was cited for no brake lights, driving while license revoked and was held on an active FTA warrant.
12/20 Location: 7900 block of W. Barbara Lane Frankfort
Summary: Jeremy E. Edge, age 21, of 20118 S. Rosewood Drive in Frankfort was arrested for criminal trespass to residence.

Summary: Christopher M. Tonn, age 23, of 4731 W. 187th St. in Country Club Hills was cited for driving while license suspended.
12/22 Location: 20000 block of S. 80th Avenue Frankfort
Summary: Shane McEldowney, age 19, of 7639 W. New Castle Drive in Frankfort was arrested for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor and pedestrian under influence of alcohol after he stepped out into the roadway at 1:45am and was struck by a vehicle. He was transported to Silver Cross Hospital by Frankfort Fire personnel and was treated for non life threatening injuries.

Summary: Person/s unknown entered a barn and stole an ATV.
Location: 9200 block of W. Magnolia Mokena
Summary: Person/s unknown stole a 2007 GMC Yukon from the driveway of a residence. On 12/25/12, Sheriff’s deputies received a call from Oak Forest Police stating they had recovered the vehicle. The vehicle had been burned.

Summary: Person/s unknown broke into a residence and stole an I phone, a watch, and a Playstation II.
Location: 14 W. Jefferson St. Will County Courthouse
Summary: Joseph S. Shepherd, age 25, of 210 Frank Avenue in Joliet was charged with fraud after he was observed using a strap-on device in order to defraud a court ordered drug test.
Location: 2200 block of E. Washington
Summary: Person/s unknown cut a hole in a fence in order to gain entry into the back yard of a residence and steal a go-cart.

Summary: Kenderick Syrone-Martell Williams, age 27, of 411 N. Hebbard in Joliet was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and was held on an FTA warrant. Serena Brownfield, age 23, of 1469 Pioneer Road in Crest Hill was charged with possession of a controlled substance.

Summary: Employee stated that a female/black and male/black subjects entered the store and while the female made conversation with the employee, the male subject stole 6 cartons of Doral cigarettes.

Summary: Person/s unknown entered a work van and stole several hand and electric tools.

Summary: Hipolito Marin-Hernandez, age 42, of 226 Kraker in Joliet was cited for no valid driver’s license and improper turn at intersection.
12/22 Location: 3rd and S. Briggs
Summary: Joshua Haas, age 20, of 2708 Boddington Lane in Naperville was arrested for DUI, disobeying a traffic control light and improper lane usage.

Summary: Krystal Howe, age 21, of 425 N. Broadway in Joliet was cited for operating an uninsured motor vehicle, driving while license suspended, and speeding.

Summary: De Anna Rose Allen, age 35, of 212 Madison in Joliet was arrested for illegal transportation of alcohol, possession of cannabis under 30 grams, and possession of drug equipment. Justin E. Smith, age 32, of 2362 White Birch Lane in Joliet was cited for changing lanes/no signaling and illegal transportation of alcohol.

Summary: Person/s unknown kicked the door in to a residence. Nothing was taken from inside.
12/24 Location: 100 block of Davison
Summary: Deputies were called about 6:45pm regarding a residential burglary in progress. Upon arrival the victim stated that the perpetrators fled the scene after she entered her home and heard someone drop something in a back room. She immediately left the residence and went to a neighbors where she called police. She observed two male subjects jump her fence and run towards Washington St. Jewelry was missing.
