Summary: Paul L. Emerick, age 58, of 714 Cayuga in Joliet was arrested for theft of services after he took a cab to Frankfort and back to his residence and refused to pay for the fare.
11/27 Location: S. Chicago and Doris
Summary: Tashia Moore, age 28, of 14517 S. Wentworth Avenue in Riverdale was cited for failure to signal, driving while license suspended, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and was also held on an active Riverdale Police warrant.

Summary: Tameesha Bolden, age 28, of 1401 Fairmont Avenue in Joliet was cited for speeding, driving while license suspended, and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

Summary: Person/s unknown removed a window air conditioning unit in order to gain entry into a residence. Once inside offender/s stole loose change, a 32” TV, and jewelry.

Summary: Geoffrey W. Scott, age 27, of 303 Stryker Avenue in Joliet was arrested for speeding, driving while license suspended, aggravated fleeing/eluding police, improper lane usage, DUI, leaving the scene of a property damage accident and suspended registration.

Summary: Person/s unknown entered a detached garage and stole 10, 9-pack Charmin toilet paper rolls, 3 cases of Miller Lite beer, and one box of Francia wine.

Summary: Person/s unknown entered a vacant residence and stole about 40 ft. of copper piping.

Summary: Person/s unknown shattered two windows of a vehicle. A witness reported seeing two male Hispanic subjects fleeing the area.

Summary: Person/s unknown broke into the business and stole chain saws, blowers, and hedge trimmers. Loss value: $3860

Summary: Person/s unknown spray painted graffiti on three sides of a shed.
12/1 Location: 7654 W. Lincoln Highway Frankfort Shell Gas
Summary: A male white subject named Billy and an unknown male white came into the station to purchase two cases of Bud Lite. He was informed by employee’s that it was after hours and the beer could not be purchased (3:18 am). When the employee was distracted Billy and the unknown male left the store with the beer. $40 was later found on the counter. Price of the beer was $32.08.

Summary: Person/s unknown stole three 20ft. steel channel irons and fifty 20ft. square steel stocks from the shop entrance.

Summary: Giovanni Adams, age 22, of 2118 Vivienne in Matteson was cited for driving while license suspended and violating an order of protection.

Summary: Person/s unknown broke into a residence and stole Playstation 3 gaming system, an Xbox gaming system, jewelry, two IPads, a laptop, $200, and a glass vase.
11/28 Location: 23000 block of W. Bentley Drive Plainfield
Summary: Person/s unknown entered a vacant residence between 11/14 and 11/28 and stole a washing machine.
11/30 Location: 25151 Ramm Drive Wheatland First Student Bus
Summary: Employee stated that over the last week it appeared that some buses were using more fuel than normal. Upon checking he discovered spots of fuel on the ground. Employee believes person/s unknown has been siphoning fuel out of the parked buses and approximately 200 gallons have been lost in this manner.

11/30 Location: 300 block of Nobes
Summary: Jeremy J. Autman, age 19, of 319 Nobes Avenue in Lockport was arrested for criminal damage to property after he got into a verbal altercation with another subject and then punched out the window of a vehicle. He was also held on an active FTA warrant.
Location: 2700 block of Lawrence Avenue
Summary: Person/s unknown broke into a detached garage and stole a lawn mower and weed wacker.

11/28 Location: S. Rt. 129 and W. Stripmine Road Wilmington
Summary: Eric McIntosh, age 27, of 2724 163rd Place in Hammond, IN was cited for improper turn at intersection.

Summary: Joshua A. Skala, age 19, of this address, was arrested for resisting a police officer after deputies went to the residence to serve a residential burglary warrant and he would not cooperate with them.
11/29 Location: 16000 block of W. Diane Way Manhattan
Summary: Victim stated that while allowing two male subjects from an area business into his home to install a newly purchased dishwasher, he believes one of the individuals stole jewelry from a bedroom while he was distracted and assisting the other individual.
11/30 Location: 26000 block of W. Hollyhock Lane Wilmington
Summary: Person/s unknown entered two unlocked vehicles and stole about 100 CD’s and a cell charger from one and 10 CD’s, a cell charger, and loose change from the other.
12/2 Location: N. Front and E. Main Reed
Summary: Dean J. Nacey, age 48, of 160 N. Maple in Braidwood was arrested for DUI, speeding, and improper lane usage.
EAST TOWNSHIPS
11/28 Location: 6300 block of W. Dralle Rd. Monee
Summary: Person/s unknown broke into a detached garage and stole a Kawasaki KX60 Moto-cross bike ($1500) and an assortment of specialty auto tools ($40,000). Witness stated to deputies that he had observed, at about 4pm this date, a suspicious dark green Ford Ranger, possibly from the 1990’s, driven by a male Hispanic, driving around the neighborhood. When the witness observed the driver, the driver appeared to get nervous and drove off.
11/29 Location: S. Kings Rd. and W. Richton Road Steger
Summary: Travis A. Zelek, age 20, of 44 W. 37th in Steger was charged with unlawful use of a weapon, defacing identification marks of a firearm, and possession of firearm with no FOID card after deputies stopped him for a traffic violation.
Location: 5500 block of W. Kennedy Rd. Peotone
Summary: Person/s unknown entered a vacant house and cut the copper plumbing pipes from the basement and all bathrooms throughout the residence.
11/30 Location: 3503 E. Steger Rd. Crete Long Wood Golf Course
Summary: Person/s unknown attempted to cut a cable that secured all the golf carts together. The offender/s also took apart the dashboard of one cart in an attempt to hot-wire it. They were unsuccessful in both endeavors.
12/1 Location: S. 80th and W. Monee-Manhattan Rd. Monee
Summary: Richard C. Harwell, age 21, of 1144 S. Washington Avenue in Kankakee was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug equipment, possession of cannabis, and disobeying a stop sign. Kathryn T. Lake, age 22, of 226 N. Locust in Momence was held on an active Kankakee County FTA warrant.

Summary: Victim stated that upon entering his pole barn he observed some of his property had been moved from the back to near the front door. Upon reviewing his security tape he observed that at 1:38a.m., three unknown male white individuals entered the barn. A .22 Ruger rifle was stolen. Under investigation.

Summary: Jason D. Allen, age 37, of 305 Seminole in Park Forest was cited for driving while license suspended, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and improper lighting/one headlight.

11/27 Location: 14000 block of S. Pebble Creek Drive
Summary: RJ A. Cox, age 23, of 411 N. Farrell Road in Lockport was cited for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and failure to notify unattended vehicle.
Location: W. 167th and S. Bell Rd.
Summary: Alexander L. Williams, age 19, of 103 Quarry in Joliet was cited for disobeying a traffic control device and driving while license suspended. He was also held on an active Will County FTA warrant. Eric Miller, age 21, of 413 State in Joliet was held on two active Will County warrants.
11/28 Location: 14000 block of S. Clydesdale Lane
Summary: Victim stated that at about 4pm an unknown male rang her doorbell and introduced himself as an AT&T employee. The subject had an earpiece phone and quickly flashed an ID that was hanging from a lanyard. The subject asked strange questions and stated that he was doing work in the area. The victim found the subject to be suspicious and closed the door. The subject left on foot. He was described as being of medium build, 5’ 10”, slightly darker than Caucasian complexion with a weird accent and wearing dark clothing.
11/29 Location: 12000 block of W. Winchester Rd.
Summary: Person/s unknown broke into a residence and stole USC.
Location: 14000 block of S. Independence Way
Summary: Resident stated that at about 7:45pm she had an unknown male subject at her door with an orange safety vest on. The resident did not answer the door and the suspicious subject left on foot. The resident later found a Comcast flyer on her doorknob and did not know if it was related to the subject at her door.
Location: 14000 block of S. Independence Way
Summary: Resident stated that at about 7:25pm an unknown Hispanic male wearing an orange vest rang her doorbell. The resident observed the individual through her window and the subject flashed an ID card and stated that he was from Comcast and wanted to speak to her. The resident refused to open the door and the man left on foot.
12/1 Location: W. 159th and S. Hidden Valley Trail
Summary: Jennifer L. Jarnutowski, age 26, of 307 Geissler in Lockport was arrested for speeding, DUI, and endangering the life/health of a child after deputies observed her vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed and made a traffic stop. While performing the field sobriety tests deputies at the scene learned that Jarnutowski had children at her residence that had been left alone.
