Summary: Angel B. Mann, age 23, of 111 Girard in Joliet was cited for no proof of insurance, no valid driver’s license and no front registration plate.
12/2 Location: Briggs and Cass
Summary: Mark K. Bronson, age 52, of 123 S. Court in Joliet was arrested for speeding, failure to signal, DUI and DUI over the legal limit.

Summary: Person/s unknown broke into an office window and stole a computer monitor and printer.

Summary: At about 7:15am a woman located seven miscellaneous pieces of ID on the ground and turned them over to Sheriff’s deputies. When the owner was located he said that person/s unknown stole his wallet during the evening hours from his pickup truck. Nothing was missing.

Summary: Person/s unknown entered a residence and stole a Wii game system. Several items had been rifled through and were not stolen.

Summary: Lucy M. Angelos, age 36, of 407 Miami St. in Joliet was charged with aggravated battery to a police officer, and resisting/obstructing a peace officer.

Summary: Myron Robinson, age 44, of 1017 Ann Street in Joliet was cited for driving while license suspended.

Summary: Nick H. Bloch, age 20, of 15305 Silo Drive in Homer Glen was arrested for retail theft after he was observed concealing a bottle of Southern Comfort in his pants and then attempting to leave the store.

Summary: Person/s unknown broke out the side window of a vehicle and stole a GPS unit.

Summary: Esmael Villegas, age 34, of 1858 W. Pershing Road in Chicago was arrested for impeding traffic, no valid license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, DUI and DUI over the legal limit.

Summary: A 14 year old male, Homer Glen resident, was charged with failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, no valid license, and no seatbelt and curfew violation at 12:21am after he struck an unoccupied Ford Escape that was parked in a driveway. The juvenile offender was driving his parents’ 2009 Dodge Journey about 15mph and reached for McDonald’s food that he had in the vehicle when he went off the road and struck the parked Ford. He was not injured. His mother came to the scene and the juvenile was released to her.

Summary: Person/s unknown struck a brick mailbox with their vehicle causing damage to the mailbox.
Location: 13000 block of W. Secretariat Lane
Summary: Person/s unknown struck a mailbox with their vehicle causing it to be knocked to the ground.
West Townships
12/2 Location: 2000 block of Poplar Plainfield
Summary: Victim stated he had his 1994 Honda 300EX ATV with a custom paint job parked at the end of his driveway for sale. Around 1pm, an older black Chevy S10 pickup stopped to look at it. The male white did not get out of his vehicle and pulled away quickly as the victim approached him. Around 9pm the ATV was gone. Value: $2200
12/4 Location: Bartlett and Main Plainfield
Summary: Matthew r. Nowakowski, age 19, of 7216 W. 58th Street in Summit and Joshua L. Perschnick, age 18, of 15530 Robin Court in Plainfield were arrested for possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of alcohol by a minor. Nowakowski was also charged with driving while license suspended.

Summary: Victim stated that she left her wallet at her office on 12/1/09 and upon returning 12/2/09 she discovered it missing.
12/5 Location: 20000 block of W. Barrington Lane Plainfield
Summary: Person/s unknown pulled the locking mechanism complete out of the rear and side doors of a van. Once inside, person/s unknown removed a brand new Toro snow blower and two DeWalt miter saw/table saws.

Summary: Person/s unknown broke the rear window out of a vehicle.
Location: 400 block of Book Road Wheatland
Summary: Willie J. Ford, age 30, of 1425 Foxcroft in Aurora was arrested for home invasion, aggravated battery and theft under $300 after he allegedly kicked in the front door of an ex-girlfriend and attacked her with a 6” knife. The victim suffered wounds to her hands but no injuries were life threatening. Following the attack Ford left the scene and Sheriff’s deputies located his unoccupied vehicle about one block away. They also located Ford in the area of Gloucester and Book Road, where a Naperville Officer had taken him into custody. Ford was then turned over to Sheriff’s deputies.
East Townships
12/1 Location: 2600 block of E. Offner Road Crete
Summary: Between 11/27 and 12/1 person/s unknown stole a Turf Dog go-cart from the backyard of a residence. Valued at: $3,500.
Location: 800 block of Arlington Crete
Summary: Person/s unknown forced entry into a back door of a residence and stole a cell phone.
12/2 Location: 32052 S. Rt. 45 Pleckham Excavating Peotone
Summary: Nicholas E. Buglio, age 23, of 365 Center Point Drive South in Bourbonnais was arrested for theft over $300 after he was found inside the equipment storage unit loading excavating equipment into his vehicle. Stolen found were five complete axel assemblies, ten bucket teeth used to excavate and various amounts of scrap metal. Estimated value: $3500. All the equipment was recovered.

Summary: Person/s unknown used a victims’ credit card to charge .05 and $4.62 from Osaka, Japan and $1.49 and $148.83 from a company in Singapore.
12/3 Location: 28000 block of S. Cottage Grove Washington
Summary: Solomon Moreno, age 29, of 1045 Ashridge Lane in University Park was cited for driving while license revoked and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
12/6 Location: Exchange and Western Washington
Summary: Darren K. Henry, age 40, of 814 Maple Court in University Park was cited for driving while license revoked.
South Townships
12/6 Location: Rt. 50 and Corning Avenue Peotone
Summary: Person/s unknown entered a farm building and stole an air compressor ($1000), an air wrench ($200), a jet sprayer ($2000) and a portable grinder ($250).
12/7 Location: 23000 block of Keith Allen Drive Jackson
Summary: Person/s unknown entered an unlocked vehicle and stole a GPS unit and an Ipod.
Frankfort and New Lenox
12/1 Location: 11128 W. 189th Place Frankfort Roney Landscaping Group
Summary: Person/s unknown stole a 1996 Dodge Ram 2500 pickup snow plow truck during the evening hours. The offender/s entered the cab thru a sliding window and pealed the steering column. While entering the vehicle into IL State Police stolen vehicle system they were advised that the truck was reported abandoned on eastbound I80, 45 minutes prior.
12/2 Location: 20000 block of S. 78th Avenue Frankfort
Summary: Person/s unknown entered a residence and stole a black wooden baton ($40). The offender/s had gone thru the bathroom medicine cabinet but nothing was missing.
12/5 Location: S. Gougar and W. Spencer New Lenox
Summary: John E. Stanis, age 47, of 7707 S. 78th Court in Bridgeview was arrested for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, DUI and DUI over the legal limit. Stanis lost control of his vehicle on Gougar Road, went into a ditch and rolled the vehicle. He was not injured.
12/5 Location: 20000 block of S. Mallory Drive Frankfort
Summary: Between 8pm and 9pm, person/s unknown slashed two inflatable Christmas decorations in the front yard of a residence. ($100 each).
Lockport
12/4 Location: 16501 S. Broadway Stowe’s Auto Body parking lot
Summary: Victim stated that on 12/3 at 11:45am she called a male friend for a ride from the 14000 block of Archer Avenue in Lockport to Jefferson St. in Joliet. A short time later her friend arrived along with an unknown female/black driver, an unknown male/black back seat passenger, and an unknown three-year old in the back seat. The victim entered the silver four-door and as the vehicle turned onto south Rt. 53 the driver reached around, grabbed the victim by her hair and was yelling to take her money. The driver then pulled into the auto body parking lot where the victim exited the vehicle and was then tackled by the driver and hit and kicked by the two male blacks. A struggle for the victims’ purse ensued with the offender having the strap that had broken off of the purse, and the victim having the purse. The offender/s entered the vehicle and before they took off the female driver put the vehicle into ‘drive’ and struck the victim, pinning her against a garage door. The victim was not seriously injured and was seeking her own medical treatment. Under investigation.

12/5 Location: 200 block of Princeton
Summary: Person/s unknown forced open the back door of an unoccupied residence and tore down the drywall of a wall and removed an unknown amount of copper piping that was attached to the water heater. A push lawnmower was also stolen.

Summary: Marcos H. Robledo, age 24, of 1838 Pebblestone Drive in Romeoville was cited for driving while license suspended.
12/6 Location: 1000 block of Bruce Rd.
Summary: Person/s unknown stole a snow plow that was located near the victims’ residence.

Summary: Jacob A. Weinert, age 18, of 314 MacIntyre Drive in Lockport was arrested for criminal damage to property and domestic battery.
